  1. The Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society (“the Society”) is a non for profit making company with registration number [ΗΕ3951], the purposes of which is to promote palliative care to sufferers of cancer.
  2. This website has been established by the Society so that members of the public may make donations for the purposes of supporting the cause of the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society in its endeavor to provide services in the fight against cancer.
  3. The Society shall not be held liable or responsible if any person claims that they have incurred losses, (financial or otherwise) as a result of accessing this website or relying on the material contained therein.
  4. The Society does not warrant to the users of this website that its use will be uninterrupted or error free, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials herein contained.
  5. This website may contain links to websites operated by parties other than the Society. As such the Society makes no warranties as to the security, quality or propriety of any link which may be accessed through this website and further accepts no liability for the content of such links or for any loss or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of such links or by reliance on information contained in such links.

    Access to and use of this website is at the risk of the user and the Society does not warrant that the use of this website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property of any user.

    1. Any person accessing this site and making a donation to the Society does so on their own free will and having full knowledge that they are making a financial contribution to the Society.
    2. The Society reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions of use at any time without any prior warning and by posting changes online. Use of this website after the alterations have been published constitutes an acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. 
    3. The Society reserves the right to alter the registration fees for any event and the prices of any goods or services listed in this website without notice. All event registrations and orders for goods and services are subject to availability the Society reserves the right to refuse to accept any registration and to refuse to supply any goods or services to any individual.
    4. This website shall be used only for lawful purposes and only for the purposes of promoting the activities of the Society.
    5. No person shall make use of this site in a manner that infringes upon the rights, or restricts, or inhibits the use of this website of any third party.

    5. This website may contain links owned and operated by third parties.  The Society does not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third parties’ websites, as they are beyond its control. 
    6. By submitting your credit card (or other type of payment card) details, you understand and agree that you authorize the Society to charge this card for the amount of the requested service and/or requested transaction.
    7. Transaction payments are handled by third party financial institutions that receive the card number and other personal information in order to verify the validity of the card number and process the transactions.
